I started kickboxing in January, 2008 after several years of physical inactivity.  I joined a gym a few years ago but couldn't motivate myself to actually work out.  My boyfriend urged me to try out a class, and I found out about Fierce Fitness online and decided to give it a shot. 

After the first class, I knew I was hooked.  I am definitely stronger and more toned.

Since starting the Commit To Be Fit program nearly a month ago, I have felt a difference in the way I feel physically and mentally.

I feel stronger and have been told by several people that they see a noticeable change in my body.

I am proud of myself because over the years, I have worked out in various ways, but have never fully committed myself to program like I do with this one which is a testament to the program itself, as well as the people instructing it. They manage to keep it fun and new and are as involved in our progress as we are.

I actually look forward to working out now and enjoy getting together with the others in the program.

"I researched the best way to reduce my stomach and realized that cardio workouts are the primary way to accomplish this.  I did not like many of the options such as a treadmill or riding a bike, I did not feel it would be intense enough to achieve my goal, or hold my attention to keep doing it.

I learned about kickboxing as a cardio workout and how the intensity burns significantly more calories in one hour then other options.

In six months my waist size reduced 6 inches.  I learned this when I took my suit pants in for re-fit and that is the amount they took in.

Additionally I was on antidepressants for some time prior to the class.  After 30 days of the working out I was able to quit them completely from the mind energy that was created from the intense workout.

The kickboxing class has achieved multiple fitness goals.  For me those are side benefits  since I have achieved my primary goal of what I set out to do.

The course is fast paced, with lots of variety of exercises which makes it a fun total workout."
