Lucy's Results

Lucy joined the Commit to Be Fit program at the beginning of November, 2010, to "try something different, my usual strategies were not working anymore!"

In six weeks, she ten pounds of body fat and inches all over. Other changes she's enjoyed is that "her clothes fit better" and "I can do pushups!"

What she likes most about Commit to Be Fit is that she's found it to be very supportive and to have lots of variability.

"I lost inches all over my body and ten pounds of body fat. I feel a lot stronger. I feel like I'm in great shape. My clothes fit a lot better. I feel like I could do almost anything now!"
