November, 2008 "I started kickboxing in college and noticed huge changes in my body, I loved it! Since then, every time I move I go on the quest to find a good kickboxing gym, a gym that offers a well rounded bag workout as well as a positive and fun atmosphere. In the last 3 years the only (and I have been to many) kickboxing gym that I have found that meets my standards is Fierce Fitness. Their program pushes your endurance, makes you sweat, and genuinely supports your accomplishments. During my first 3 weeks I was able to fit into jeans that I haven't worn since college (it's like I have a whole new wardrobe) and my endurance in other sports and activities has been greatly increased. Recently a friend and I decided to go on a 5 mile run (I haven't run in awhile) and I powered through all five miles with energy to spare, it was rad!! -Jessica C. |
