Jenn's Story:September, 2011 "I haven’t been happy or confident of my look for a long time. It was so easy for me to let myself go and being a couch potato. I knew I had to do something about it rather than keep buying bigger clothes and feel depressed about it. I tried the gym, running outside, Wii fit, DVD workout etc. The major problem with these is that I cannot consistently stay with the program. It is so easy to get off track, just missing one day, I would make myself an excuse of not to do it again. Finding the Fierce Fitness Commit To Be Fit program helped me get back to where I was; now I can fit into clothes that I had packed to donate to Good Will, but I just couldn’t take them since I was so attached to them. My job gives me a ton of stress; I forget all about it after punching and kicking the bag as hard as I can. I am in the best shape of my life in my fitness level. If you get bored easy at the gym doing the same routine over and over, this is the best place to be to get fit. The routine changes from day to day depending on the focus of the day so your body never gets used to one routine only. Just like having a personal trainer, instructors care and motivate Committers every second of the workout. I definitely recommend Fierce Fitness to anyone looking for great workout." |
