Hilary's Results

After doing the kickboxing fitness classes for a couple of years at Fierce Fitness, Hilary joined the Commit to Be Fit program in April, 2010.

In six weeks, she lost 6% body fat, an inch around her waist and 5 inches overall. At the end of her first session, she said "I love the way my pants are fitting" and "I'm really happy!"
