Free classes for guests all week long! There's nothing like the camaraderie and fun of working out with a buddy! Invite all your friends to try out as many kickboxing classes as they want, all week long. You're welcome to work out with them. In fact, we encourage you to!
No appointment necessary, just bring them in 15 min before their first class to sign a waiver form and get set up with gloves to borrow. Viva "strength in numbers!"

Member of the Month
We are recognizing the fabulous folks who have made Fierce Fitness what it is today. Each month we'll introduce you to a member or trainer whose lives have been changed by Fierce Fitness Kickboxing.
Hilary Miller
Hilary has always been an athlete. Starting at a young age, she trained and competed on a year-round swim team. She was an All-Star softball player and State tennis player.
When she discovered Fierce Fitness two years ago, she considered herself "fit." She says, "Fierce Fitness has helped me take my fitness to a higher level I never imagined possible. I have completely transformed my body through the fun, challenging workouts and nutritional guidance. Charting my nutrition for Commit to Be Fit helped me realize that, as a vegan, I was not eating nearly enough protein. Incorporating more protein into my diet, fueling correctly for workouts and being planful about meals; coupled with the energy I feel from the intense workouts, gives me vivacity for my busy life. Working full time with vulnerable children and as a single parent of a young child and very active dog (a boxer), I now have the endurance to do it all. Thank you Fierce Fitness!"
As a trainer, she wants to support people in meeting their fitness goals by delivering fun, fast-paced full-body workouts, keeping correct form in mind. She believes everyone comes to class to get a phenomenal workout. "It is inspiring as an instructor seeing people working so hard and witnessing people getting stronger and more fit. I have been having a blast getting to know other members in class.
Hilary graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Sociology, minor in Psychology. She has worked with high-risk youth and families in Portland for the past 16 years.
