    Orientation for Commit to Be Fit, Jan 21st - Mar 3rd Session
    This is the orientation to the nutrition and work out programs. Get "before" measurements and pictures, find out your body type, lean body mass and daily nutrition goals. Be ready for a fitness test, to learn, to meet your new support group and to have fun as you start on your journey! Find out more>
