Commit To Be Fit Program

I absolutely LOVE the Commit To Be Fit Program offered at Fierce Fitness Kickboxing and would recommend it to anyone. The 5x a week workouts are tough, fun, never boring and rewarding both physically and mentally. Also the nutrition guide that is provided is sensible and realistic for anyone willing to make healthier nutrition choices. Most important the atomsphere is energetic, clean and the trainers are friendly, knowledgable and very supportive. If you are looking for a total body workout/makeover then try Fierce Fitness Commit To Be Fit...you won't be disappointed. Fierce Fitness has become my home away from home over the past 3.5 years...I love everything that Fierce Fitness represents!!!!
Nothing Better

After the birth of my first daughter I struggled with my weight and my self esteem. After just trying one class (free your first time) I was convinced that this is where I needed to be to get results. I joined with a membership of one time a week. After seeing many members go through the Commit to Be Fit program and getting major results in just 6 weeks, I dedided to give a try. I worked out 5 x week and followed a well designed nutrition plan that was realistic and had accountability. After my six weeks, I lost so many inches all over my body, tons of body fat and replaced fat with muscle. It was awesome, not to mention the confidence I gained. Ever since then, I could never go back to working out just 1 x week, I've been in the Commit to be Fit program off and on since 2008. In between then and now I had a second daughter and knew just what to do after recovering from post pregnancy! I will never leave, I'm truely addicted to Fierce Fitness!!

Best workout in town...

After my daughter was born three years ago, I was determined to get back into my pre-pregnancy shape. Regular cardio and weight workouts, even working with a personal trainer produced little change. About a year ago, I discovered Fierce Fitness and quickly became addicted to the fun, fast-paced kickboxing classes. Talk about real results! After completing their six week (five days per week, plus nutritional guidance) bootcamp, I lost over six inches of total body fat and was back into my pre-pregnancy jeans. Through continued kickboxig classes, I have dropped two more jeans sizes. I have more energy, feel stronger and more fit than ever before. Never boring, always an amazing full body work out in a clean and supportive environment.
