"While I was recovering from a running injury, I was looking for a workout program that would keep my cardio and body in shape. Fierce Fitness Kickboxing has been the answer for me!
 
I have been doing this kickboxing program for 18 months, I workout three days a week and still LOVE IT!  Here are four main reasons why:
 
First, my cardio is maintained with awesome punching and kicking drills. Second, my core body strength is maintained with grueling abdominal training and resistance band training. Third, my confidence is maintained because I've learned techniques on how to defend myself...if needed.  Fourth, and most important my mental health is maintained because it provides me with an avenue to release my stress and allows me to maintain a positive outlook on life!

I think the Fierce Fitness Kickboxing Program is a great TOTAL body workout. It has increased my energy level, trimmed away inches and improved my mental health. Without a doubt, kickboxing has become my favorite sport...running is now second!"
